D. Andrew Holtgrieve is a Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer, coordinating many of the firm’s relationship management activities and client communication programs. Andy has over twenty-five years of experience in the investment management industry. Prior to the formation of Rockwood Capital, he spent thirteen years with Boatmen’s Trust company with responsibilities in personal trust portfolio management, marketing and institutional fixed income management. He also served as a member of Boatmen’s fixed income strategy team. Previously, Andy was a registered investment representative with the brokerage firms of Shearson and Dean Witter Reynolds. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

Paul D. Rapponotti, CFA is a Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer. Paul has more than two decades of investment management experience with an emphasis on the fixed income markets. Prior to the formation of Rockwood Capital, Paul spent more than six years with Boatmen’s Trust Company. As a senior portfolio manager at Boatmen’s, Paul served as a member of the firm’s fixed income strategy team. Previously, he spent five years with Chase Manhattan (Chemical Bank) in New York as a capital markets analyst, specializing in fixed income research. Paul also spent several years with the Northrop Corporation as a senior design engineer. He earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois-Urbana as well as an MBA from Northwestern University. Paul also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Society of St. Louis.

Daniel W. Lane, CFA is a Senior Partner and Portfolio Manager. Dan has accumulated more than two decades of investment management experience with a consistent focus on the fixed income markets. Prior to the formation of Rockwood Capital, Dan spent two years as a senior portfolio manager with Boatmen’s Trust Company where he served as a member of the firm’s fixed income strategy team. Previously, Dan was with General American Life Insurance Company where he spent more than five years as a senior portfolio manager and four years as an investment research analyst and a senior mortgage analyst. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia as well as an MBA from Washington University, St. Louis. He also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Society of St. Louis.

Lisa Longo Wildeisen, CFA is a Partner and Senior Investment Manager. Lisa has accumulated nearly two decades of investment management experience in both the fixed income and equity markets. Prior to joining Rockwood, Lisa was a portfolio manager at A.G. Edwards Trust Company in St. Louis with responsibility for managing endowments, foundations, and other types of trusts. Previously, she was a portfolio manager for Conning Asset Management, in St. Louis, managing passive equity and small cap stock products totaling $1.7 billion. She also assisted in managing fixed-income funds totaling $5 billion, and was a manager of accounting research and systems. She is a graduate of John Carroll University with a B.S.B.A. in accounting and a Certified Public Accountant. Lisa also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member and former governor of the CFA Society of St. Louis.

Anthony K. Brown is a Senior Partner and Director of Marketing. Tony has accumulated more than three decades of experience in employee benefits, pension administration and investments. Prior to the formation of Rockwood Capital, he spent nine years with Boatmen’s Trust Company where he specialized in client service and marketing with an emphasis on public funds and jointly-trusteed benefit plans. From 1988 to 1991, Tony served as manager of Boatmen’s master trust/custody division. Previously, he was with the Bank of New York for more than ten years where he directed a master trust relationship management team. Tony studied accounting and business administration at Pace University in New York. He is a member of the Association of Investment Management Sales Executives and the National Association of Securities Professionals.
